Dear Dr. Smith,
We write to thank you and the teams at West Park Healthcare Centre for the care you provide. Every day, West Park Healthcare Centre helps people rebuild their lives after stroke, amputation, lung disease and other serious conditions, and it does so with skill, patience and dignity. The families who pass through its doors do not forget it.
Behind every recovery is a team of physicians, therapists, nurses and support staff who bring both expertise and kindness to their work. We are grateful to each of them.
Your work is not for the faint of heart. As Canadians, we have much to do to sustain this standard of care. Canadians contribute a great deal to their public health care system, and they rightly expect, and deserve, excellent care in return.
